Operator and privacy choices

Basic Google Analytics is on by default when our hosting service identifies a visitor as being in the United States, unless that visitor has declined. For visitors elsewhere, or when location is unknown, analytics stays off until accepted. Use the tracking settings on this Privacy page to review or change your preference. We honor saved refusals. Advertising personalization and Google advertising signals are disabled for basic measurement. Reports use cookies and pseudonymous identifiers; we do not describe them as anonymous. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, form text, private access links, journal or prayer text, or sensitive credit records to Google Analytics. Public-page and approved action reporting is separate from essential checkout, account access, security and fulfillment. Reports cover measured visitors and do not by themselves establish paid sales.

A privacy-preference cookie lasts up to 180 days. A browser-stored refusal remains until you change it or clear browser storage; accepted choices are renewed after 180 days. You can change your preference at any time. Global Privacy Control is respected for optional advertising measurement. Essential records needed to provide a requested service remain available when optional tracking is declined. Privacy choices do not subscribe you to marketing email. Google’s privacy policy describes its processing. Questions about access, correction, deletion or applicable privacy rights can be sent to this page’s privacy contact.

Separate advertising permission

Meta advertising measurement stays off unless you expressly allow it through the tracking settings on this Privacy page. If allowed, selected public website and purchase events may be sent to Meta. Purchase matching may include normalized and hashed contact information; hashing does not make it anonymous. Browser and server advertising events honor the recorded preference, including applicable opt-out signals. Legacy orders without recorded permission are excluded from optional server advertising reporting. Order processing and fulfillment do not depend on this permission.

Information we collect

The Table and Label Maker signups may ask which state you bake in. This is optional, is supplied by you, and is stored with your BakeCo preferences in Mailchimp. We do not infer or backfill this answer from your internet address, billing address, or another property’s records. Label Maker interest and signup source are recorded separately from state and email consent.

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, order selections, pickup preferences, account information, customer-care messages, newsletter preferences, and other information you choose to provide.

We may also collect technical information automatically, such as device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, and interactions with our websites and emails. We use cookies and similar technologies where appropriate to operate, secure, understand, and improve our services.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe provides us with limited payment and transaction information, such as payment status, amount, billing details, and transaction identifiers, so we can fulfill, support, reconcile, and protect your order. Stripe’s handling of payment information is governed by its own privacy terms.

How we use information

We use information to:

• process payments and fulfill local or digital orders;
• assign pickup markets and communicate pickup instructions;
• deliver recipes, downloads, memberships, and account access;
• send transactional messages, receipts, and service notices;
• send marketing messages when you have requested or permitted them;
• respond to questions, corrections, cancellations, and support requests;
• prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized access;
• maintain records, analyze performance, and comply with legal obligations.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business, including payment processing, website hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support, fraud prevention, and professional advisers. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or our business, in connection with a business reorganization, or with your direction or consent.

Emails and your choices

Transactional emails are necessary to confirm purchases, provide access, and communicate important service information. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method. You may unsubscribe from marketing without affecting order confirmations or other essential service messages.

You may request reasonable access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain, subject to identity verification and records we must retain for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain purchase and license records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet accounting, tax, and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Children and United States availability

Our commercial services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our products and services are currently intended for customers in the United States unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required.
