What began as a passion for baking in our farmhouse kitchen has grown into a local favorite known for fresh sourdough bread, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and handcrafted baked goods served through our Market Weekend events.

Sheila is the heart behind The Bread Barn™.
As a microbaker and food professional, she specializes in small-batch artisan sourdough bread, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and seasonal baked goods made with patience and care. Every product is handcrafted in our home kitchen using traditional techniques, long fermentation, and high-quality ingredients.
